In broadinstitute/rawls, deprecated the queueStatus API in Swagger and removed Google Genomics health-check references from health monitoring and related components (HealthMonitor, GoogleServicesDAO, Subsystems). In broadinstitute/firecloud-orchestration, added a deprecated: true flag to the queueStatus API in Swagger. This work reduces maintenance burden, improves API governance, and prepares for future removal.
