Developed and delivered an end-to-end environment color customization feature for the usebruno/bruno repository, enabling users to assign distinct colors to environments through an integrated color picker. The implementation involved migrating color state management from local component state to a centralized Redux store, ensuring consistent UI reflections in both environment selectors and detailed views. This approach improved state consistency, testability, and scalability for future theming enhancements. The work required architecture refactoring, dependency updates, and coordination across multiple packages. Utilizing JavaScript, React, and Redux, the feature enhanced user experience by supporting environment differentiation, streamlined navigation, and reduced the risk of misconfiguration.
