Enabled Maven publishing for the input-stream module, delivering shadow, sources, and Javadoc JARs with repository credentials and introducing an optional signingEnabled flag to support local publishing without GPG. Leveraged Gradle, Java, and Kotlin to streamline build automation and package management, reducing time-to-market for downstream consumers. Focused on refactoring and automation, the work enhanced artifact distribution and simplified local testing, supporting smoother onboarding and more efficient release processes.
