Relocated architecture-specific boot documentation into the arch/ directory to align with the latest Linux kernel documentation structure, ensuring developers have access to current and accurate boot information. Updated environment and documentation links to reduce outdated references and streamline support. Utilized RST for documentation and applied strong organizational skills to improve maintainability and onboarding. The changes enhanced the discoverability of architecture-specific guidance, supporting a more efficient workflow for developers working with ARM and AArch64 boot processes.
