During May 2026, contributed to the getsentry/platformicons repository by delivering Expo Platform Icon Integration, which introduced a new Expo icon into the existing icon system. This work involved registering the icon under both the top-level expo key and the javascript-expo key, aligning with established naming conventions for JavaScript ecosystem wrappers. Using JavaScript, React, and TypeScript, the integration ensured that React Native projects leveraging Expo could access consistent platform branding across frameworks. The feature reduced integration effort and improved onboarding for Expo workflows, focusing on cross-framework consistency and laying the foundation for broader Expo support without addressing major bug fixes during this period.
