The approach focused on modifying only the XML-based project file, ensuring a low-risk and easily deployable change without altering application code. This update aimed to bring bug fixes and potential performance improvements from the underlying library, enhancing syntax highlighting compatibility and stability for Avalonia-based text editing components.
