Worked on stabilizing the DeepLabCut/DeepLabCut repository by addressing a critical bug in the COLAB_DEMO_SuperAnimal notebook. Focused on restoring the correct usage of the video_inference_superanimal function by reverting an earlier change that introduced unnecessary positional arguments, which had caused runtime errors in the Colab demo. This approach ensured compatibility with existing tutorials and improved the reliability of onboarding materials. Utilized Python and Jupyter Notebook skills to maintain demo stability, opting for a disciplined version control strategy by reverting rather than patching. The work reduced user friction and support overhead, directly enhancing the experience for DeepLabCut Colab users.
