Worked on establishing foundational infrastructure for the key4hep/k4geo repository, focusing on creating a robust development environment to streamline future contributions. Introduced standardized code formatting, automated CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, and comprehensive contribution guidelines to improve code quality and accelerate onboarding. Addressed a critical build issue by updating CMakeLists to include the missing LCIO geo component, ensuring reliable builds for all contributors. Leveraged expertise in C++, CMake, and Python to integrate baseline tooling for automated formatting checks and continuous integration pipelines. This work laid the groundwork for scalable feature development and more reliable, maintainable releases within the project.
