Worked on stabilizing and maintaining the Autoware Pointcloud Preprocessor within the technolojin/autoware.universe repository, focusing on improving the reliability of the pointcloud data pipeline. Addressed a key bug by removing an unused argument and an unavailable parameter file, ensuring that only valid and accessible parameters are used during runtime. This cleanup reduced configuration errors and runtime misconfigurations, enhancing the robustness of the preprocessing workflow. Utilized C++ and ROS parameter handling to tighten validation and streamline code maintainability. The work contributed to smoother deployments and lowered support overhead by making the data pipeline more reliable and easier to configure.
