Developed and contributed a packaging feature to the gittools-bot/homebrew-core repository by introducing a Homebrew formula for the fennel-ls language server. This work focused on build system integration and test-driven verification, using Ruby to define build dependencies, installation steps, and automated tests that confirm version output and lint status. The formula enables macOS users to install fennel-ls reliably with a single command, reducing setup friction and supporting consistent onboarding. By incorporating dependency management and robust testing practices, the contribution improved packaging quality and adoption potential for fennel-ls, while demonstrating proficiency in Homebrew formulae and release management workflows.
