Worked on the glific-frontend repository to deliver a focused user experience enhancement for Assistant Files Management, enabling instant client-side file deletion without server mutation. This approach provided immediate UI feedback and reduced latency by eliminating unnecessary server round-trips. The update also removed the file deletion notification, streamlining the interaction flow for users. Type-safety improvements were implemented for getAssistantFilesLegacy, accompanied by supporting code cleanups to improve maintainability. The work included updates to Codacy checks, reinforcing code quality and CI hygiene. Technologies used included React, TypeScript, and GraphQL, with an emphasis on front end development and maintainable, efficient code patterns.
