Developed and delivered a user account recovery and email notification feature for the catriel458/biblioteca-210-insti repository, focusing on enhancing account resilience and repository security. The work centered on implementing a password reset workflow using Django, integrating SMTP-based email notifications, and creating reusable templates for user interactions. Python served as the primary language throughout the backend development process. Additionally, the project included a repository hygiene improvement by removing the local SQLite database file from version control, reducing the risk of accidental data exposure and minimizing repository size. No bug fixes were recorded during this period, with efforts concentrated on new feature delivery.
