Worked on the kubeovn/kube-ovn repository to enhance reliability and performance in Kubernetes-OVS networking environments. Focused on improving dual-stack interface garbage collection by refining IPv4/IPv6 handling, correcting parsing logic, and ensuring node consistency during StatefulSet restarts. Addressed NAT gateway QoS stability by preventing rule misconfiguration when v4ip values were absent, which reduced parsing errors and clarified logging for easier troubleshooting. Leveraged Go and Kubernetes expertise to optimize backend processes, targeting only relevant interfaces for cleanup and improving runtime efficiency. Maintained high code quality through linting, documentation, and removal of unused imports, supporting maintainability and scalability in production deployments.
