During September 2025, Scannell enhanced the Shubhamsaboo/adk-python repository by implementing configurable OAuth flow options to support diverse authentication requirements. Focusing on backend development and API integration, Scannell updated the OAuth2Auth and AuthHandler components in Python to allow dynamic configuration of audience and prompt parameters. This approach enabled seamless integration with OAuth providers that require specific audience values and customizable prompt behavior, improving both security and user experience. Comprehensive tests were added to validate the new features and prevent regressions, reflecting a disciplined engineering process. The work demonstrated depth in OAuth protocol understanding and careful attention to integration quality.
