Developed initial Hare language support and tooling within the cachix/devenv repository, focusing on enabling seamless in-environment Hare development. Leveraging skills in configuration management, DevOps, and the Nix language, the work integrated Hare tooling and project scaffolding directly into the development environment. This approach streamlined onboarding for Hare projects by consolidating environment configurations, reducing setup time, and allowing build and test workflows to run natively within devenv. Although no bugs were addressed during this period, the contribution broadened language coverage for the platform and established a foundation for future enhancements such as compiler integration and debugging capabilities for Hare.
