Worked on the pagopa/interop-be-monorepo repository to deliver a modular architecture and decentralized configuration approach. Focused on removing the centralized publiccode.yml file, the work shifted configuration management to individual components, allowing each to maintain its own YAML-based settings. This change improved scalability and maintainability by reducing dependencies on a single configuration source and laid the foundation for more granular feature documentation and release processes. Emphasized configuration management, documentation, and project management skills to modernize the repository structure, enabling clearer communication of features to users and supporting future enhancements in component-level documentation and configuration workflows across the monorepo.
