In May 2025, Michael Halliday developed the Office Access Management UI for the ministryofjustice/laa-landing-page repository, replacing a basic checkbox list with an interactive, filterable table for managing office access. He focused on improving the administrative user experience by enabling search and selection of offices, which streamlined access provisioning and reduced manual steps. Using front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, Michael implemented a scalable foundation for future access-control features. His work emphasized accessibility and maintainability, with all changes tracked via Git. Over the month, he delivered one feature, demonstrating depth in front-end UI development and user-centric design.
