Worked on enhancing DNS infrastructure for Typeline by adding a CNAME record to the dino.icu.yaml configuration within the hackclub/dns repository. Focused on improving DNS management and branding consistency, the update streamlined routing for typeline.dino.icu and contributed to clearer infrastructure documentation. The technical approach emphasized maintainability through code quality improvements, including alphabetical sorting of DNS records, removal of unnecessary blank lines, and resolution of a sorting issue. Leveraged configuration management and DNS management skills, utilizing YAML as the primary language. The work delivered faster DNS updates, reduced misconfiguration risks, and ensured traceable, well-documented changes for ongoing infrastructure reliability.
