Worked on expanding the icon library within the kufu/smarthr-ui repository to enhance UI consistency and streamline front-end development. Focused on adding FaGoogleDrive and FaMicrosoft icons by importing them and generating React components using the generateIcon utility, enabling seamless integration across applications. Utilized JavaScript and TypeScript to ensure type safety and maintainability in the component library. This work aimed to reduce developer time spent on icon management while supporting broader UI usage. Delivered the feature as a single, well-encapsulated commit, reflecting a focused and efficient approach to component library development with attention to reusability and developer productivity.
