Used Markdown and Git to revise references, replacing “policy” with “profile” to align with product language and ensuring consistent mentions of dynamic Microsoft Entra groups and assignment filters. The documentation changes clarified that user affinity cannot be modified within an existing enrollment profile, requiring a new profile for such changes. This technical writing effort improved onboarding for administrators and users, reduced potential misconfigurations, and strengthened alignment between documentation and Azure AD/Microsoft Entra product terminology and workflows.
