Over a two-month period, contributed to infrastructure and CI/CD improvements across Pulumi repositories. In pulumi/examples, led the Pulumi Cloud Sunset by removing deprecated @pulumi/cloud example directories, streamlining repository structure, and documenting the deprecation process to reduce technical debt and clarify migration paths. Later, in pulumi/pulumi-docker-build, centralized CI/CD configuration by introducing a native ci-mgmt.yaml template and refactoring GitHub Actions workflows for consistency and scalability. Work focused on repository management, configuration management, and automation using YAML, Dockerfile, and JavaScript, resulting in reduced maintenance overhead and improved onboarding for users and contributors while aligning with evolving best practices.
