During March 2026, Maxime Maudet contributed to the suitenumerique/meet repository by developing a configurable session management system and resolving a critical UI/UX issue. He implemented a backend feature in Django that allows the session engine to be set via environment variables, enabling database-backed sessions and supporting OIDC backchannel logout for improved security and scalability. On the frontend, using React and TypeScript, he fixed a bug in conference device selection by ensuring asynchronous device changes were properly handled, eliminating inconsistent behavior during conferences. Maxime’s work addressed both backend governance and frontend reliability, demonstrating depth in full-stack development and problem-solving.
