Developed and delivered REUSE Compliance Automation and a Contributor Reporting Policy for the openmcp-project/mcp-operator repository, focusing on strengthening licensing compliance and contributor governance. Implemented a GitHub Actions workflow using YAML to automate REUSE compliance checks, reducing the need for manual verification and supporting audit readiness. Updated the REUSE configuration and refreshed the CONTRIBUTING.md file in markdown to clarify procedures for reporting unacceptable behavior, ensuring clearer guidelines for contributors. The work emphasized CI/CD, compliance, and DevOps practices, resulting in improved onboarding processes and more efficient project documentation. No major bugs were addressed, as the primary focus was on feature delivery and policy alignment.
