Jianlei worked on the opensumi/core repository, delivering a new feature that exposed the MCP Server’s client API and added support for Server-Sent Events (SSE) transport. Using Node.js and TypeScript, Jianlei introduced a server-by-name lookup API, which improved operational discoverability and enabled more flexible client integrations. The work included enhancements to the testing infrastructure, ensuring that new capabilities were robustly validated and ready for scalable deployments. Although no critical bugs were addressed during this period, Jianlei’s contributions focused on backend development and API design, laying a solid foundation for future observability, automation, and scalability within the platform.
