Developed and delivered an end-to-end LaunchDarkly integration for the extenda/shared-workflows repository, focusing on secure secret management and streamlined CI/CD processes. The work introduced configurable feature flags by integrating LaunchDarkly client ID setup with Google Cloud Secret Manager, leveraging Docker for build-time secret usage. By making the client ID input optional, the solution reduced deployment friction and increased configuration flexibility. Updates to service account keys and workflow logic improved secret access and build reproducibility. All changes were versioned and traceable, supporting maintainability and auditability. The project demonstrated strong skills in DevOps, cloud computing, and YAML configuration within a collaborative environment.
