Worked on the meilisearch-java client to standardize date handling in URL generation, focusing on consistent behavior across time zones. Implemented UTC formatting for date parameters within the URLBuilder, ensuring that URLs are generated reliably regardless of local system settings. Enhanced test stability by removing the default timezone from URLBuilderTest, which reduced failures caused by timezone dependencies. Added targeted test coverage for date parameters with positive timezone offsets to validate correct formatting and parameter representation. Utilized Java, JUnit, and backend development skills to improve both the reliability of date-related URL handling and the robustness of the test suite for this repository.
