Collaborated cross-functionally to align documentation with evolving staff development pathways, specifically enabling AWS and Azure certification support within the handbook. Used Markdown to implement clear, accessible policy updates, reducing ambiguity and improving the onboarding experience for new hires. The work emphasized documentation quality and employee benefits management, ensuring that policy changes were both technically accurate and user-focused. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery and documentation improvements.
