In December 2025, Nick Weeger expanded the VABOrganizer.netkan configuration within the KSP-CKAN/NetKAN repository to improve mod compatibility and functionality for the Kerbal Space Program community. He enhanced dependency management by updating YAML metadata, ensuring that VABOrganizer now supports a broader range of mods and their requirements. This work streamlined user installations and reduced compatibility issues by refining how dependencies are declared and resolved. Nick applied his skills in mod development and dependency management to address integration challenges, delivering a targeted feature that deepened the repository’s support for complex mod ecosystems without introducing new bugs during the development period.
