During December 2025, 21GunSoftware enhanced the Kopernicus plugin within the KSP-CKAN/NetKAN repository by integrating KSPTextureLoader as a required dependency. This update, implemented using YAML and focused on dependency management and plugin development, enabled texture loading functionality for Kopernicus, addressing a key requirement for richer asset handling in the plugin ecosystem. The work involved precise configuration changes to the NetKAN metadata, ensuring seamless compatibility and future extensibility. Although the contribution was limited to a single feature over the month, it demonstrated a targeted approach to solving a specific integration challenge, laying a technical foundation for improved asset workflows in the repository.
