Worked on enhancing the reliability and observability of alert webhook delivery in the DaoCloud-docs repository, focusing on backend development and API integration using Python. Refactored the alert_webhook.py module to implement robust error handling and explicit status reporting, ensuring that webhook response codes are clearly communicated for improved operational visibility. Introduced security-conscious logging practices by capturing only essential information, thereby reducing the risk of exposing sensitive data. These changes strengthened the reliability and security of alert delivery, supporting service level agreements and enabling faster troubleshooting. The work emphasized error handling, secure logging, and clear status feedback to improve maintainability.
