Worked on authentication and identity management features for Grafana, focusing on both backend and frontend enhancements in the grafana/grafana repository. Delivered OAuth-based token exchange improvements, including client_secret_jwt support, and introduced new Azure AD identity flags to strengthen client authentication and managed identities. Upgraded the Azure SDK to streamline user authentication flows, using Go and TypeScript for implementation. Additionally, contributed to grafana/azure-data-explorer-datasource by updating documentation to clarify Azure AD authentication, detailing configuration parameters and providing example-driven guidance. This work improved security, reduced user friction, and enhanced maintainability for Azure identity integration across Grafana deployments and related data sources.
