Worked on enhancing the testing framework for the comet-ml/opik repository by delivering targeted improvements to the Traces page, specifically focusing on the visibility and behavior of the Name column. Leveraged TypeScript to implement comprehensive UI and end-to-end tests, ensuring that the Name column’s presence and functionality are reliably validated during regression cycles. This addition to the test suite increased coverage and provided greater confidence in the stability of traces-related features, supporting faster and safer iteration. The work addressed a key area of the user interface, using modern testing practices to reduce the risk of undetected UI regressions in future updates.
