Developed and delivered a new Homebrew Cask for Rayon 2.12.0, an AI-powered drawing application tailored for interior designers and architects, within the Homebrew/homebrew-cask repository. The work involved implementing architecture-specific SHA256 checksums and enabling auto-update functionality to ensure secure and seamless installation across various macOS platforms. Leveraging expertise in Ruby, Homebrew, and Cask Management, the developer updated the Casks/r/rayon.rb file and consolidated all changes into a single, collaborative commit. This contribution improved distribution readiness for the design tool, streamlining onboarding for end users while demonstrating careful attention to platform-specific requirements and collaborative open-source development practices.
