Contributed to the JabRef/jabref repository by enhancing the project’s onboarding process through targeted documentation improvements. Focused on the README file, this work introduced a dedicated “Building from Source” section written in Markdown, providing clear, step-by-step build instructions and a direct link to further resources. The update aimed to reduce setup time for new contributors by clarifying the build process and making source builds more accessible. By aligning the documentation with existing contribution guidelines, the changes streamlined the path for future pull requests. The work demonstrated attention to developer experience and proficiency in technical writing and documentation best practices.
