Worked on enhancing the LosslessCut package manifest within the ScoopInstaller/Extras repository, focusing on improving package management workflows. Applied shell scripting and Scoop expertise to reorganize metadata fields and streamline the uninstaller script, resulting in more reliable and maintainable removal processes. Addressed post-install script reliability, ensuring that uninstallations leave minimal residue and reduce future support needs. The updated manifest structure enables easier auditing and smoother updates, supporting long-term maintainability. Throughout the project, emphasized clarity and simplicity in scripting, prioritizing maintainable code and robust package lifecycle management. No bug fixes were recorded during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature improvement.
