Worked on improving Linux agent reliability in the k3s-io/k3s repository by addressing a critical bug in the crictl.yaml image-endpoint assignment. Focused on ensuring the image service endpoint was correctly wired during YAML generation, which enhanced node provisioning stability and reduced deployment failures caused by misconfiguration. Utilized Go for debugging and patch development, applying expertise in Linux environments and container runtimes. Delivered a CI-ready patch with clear commit messages and proper sign-offs, demonstrating attention to maintainability and integration standards. The work contributed to more robust Linux agent deployments by resolving a key configuration issue in the container runtime setup.
