March 2025 performance snapshot for naurffxiv/naurffxiv: Delivered a MDX-driven overhaul of Ultimate Guides with a new navigation layout, a dynamic Table of Contents, and content updates, including renaming resources to ultimates and removing outdated guides. Simultaneously rolled a UI/UX polish focusing on mobile usability, typography improvements, and navigation cleanup. Removed dark mode, simplified the navbar, and cleaned up obsolete assets/pages to reduce maintenance overhead. This work improves content discoverability, accelerates onboarding for contributors and players, and sets a scalable foundation for future content updates.

Consolidated moderation capabilities for naurffxiv/moddingway in November 2024, delivering enforceable exile lifecycle, safer ban operations, streamlined slowmode controls, consolidated access with a single Mod role, and standardized logging. These changes improve policy enforcement, reduce moderator risk, and provide clearer telemetry and documentation to support ongoing maintenance and onboarding.
