Worked on enhancing the SOP Catalog within the theiagen/public_health_bioinformatics repository, focusing on documentation and technical writing using Markdown. Delivered a feature that added two new SOP PDFs, updated the all_sops.tsv file to reflect these additions, and adjusted SOP statuses from 'Current' to 'Prior' where necessary. Refined the filtering logic in sops.md to improve the categorization and display of SOPs, making it easier for users to locate relevant documents. These updates improved the accuracy and discoverability of SOPs, supporting regulatory compliance and audit readiness. No bugs were reported during this period, reflecting careful attention to detail.
