Developed and delivered the Immich Face Recognition Export Tool within the immich-app/static-pages repository, enabling users to export face recognition data to DigiKam-compatible XMP format files. This work involved updating the items.json data structure using Python and JSON, ensuring seamless data portability and interoperability between Immich and DigiKam. The implementation included a formatting fix to maintain data integrity and adhered to version control best practices. By streamlining the export process, the solution reduced manual steps for users and demonstrated a collaborative approach to code health and repository standards, reflecting a solid foundation in full stack development and data management.
