Added a configuration option to enable or disable JVM metrics, allowing for flexible performance tuning and reduced overhead when monitoring is not required. The work aligned with StarRocks’ observability strategy, supporting improved incident diagnosis and capacity planning. Emphasis was placed on backend service development, system metrics, and robust configuration management throughout the project.
