During May 2025, Nisu Hw focused on improving the installation process for legacy hardware in the freqtrade/freqtrade repository. Addressing a persistent build error on Raspberry Pi 2 systems, Nisu updated the installation documentation to include the libffi-dev dependency, ensuring compatibility and reducing setup failures. This work involved troubleshooting Linux environments and refining Markdown-based documentation to streamline onboarding for users with older devices. By resolving this dependency issue, Nisu decreased the need for post-deployment support and enhanced the overall installation experience. The contribution demonstrated attention to detail in Linux system management and effective communication through clear, actionable documentation updates.
