Developed and delivered a Laravel Forge plugin for the woodpecker-ci/woodpecker repository, enabling automated deployment workflows within the Woodpecker CI pipeline. Focused on CI/CD integration and plugin development, the work involved designing a JSON-based configuration system to streamline Forge deployment processes and support extensibility for future integrations. The plugin was implemented directly in the main code path, aligning with Woodpecker CI’s roadmap to enhance enterprise deployment capabilities. By improving the plugin architecture, the contribution facilitated seamless integration of external services, allowing teams to automate and customize their deployment pipelines more effectively using JSON configuration and modern CI/CD practices.
