Developed and delivered GitHub smimesign Winget distribution manifests for the qishibo/winget-pkgs repository, enabling streamlined Windows software distribution and management through Windows Package Manager. Focused on creating installer, locale, and version manifests using YAML, the work addressed packaging issues to ensure reliable builds and deployments. Leveraged expertise in package management and Windows Package Manager (winget) to reduce manual packaging effort and facilitate automated releases. The implementation aligned with repository standards and prepared the project for future localization support, ultimately accelerating user adoption by simplifying installation and update processes for the GitHub smimesign tool within the Windows ecosystem.
