Worked on expanding RunPod’s regional coverage within the skypilot-org/skypilot repository by updating the REGION_ZONES configuration to include US-MO-1 and US-NE-1, thereby enabling broader Midwest access with minimal deployment risk. Leveraged Python for backend development, focusing on dictionary-based configuration management to ensure a controlled and stable rollout. The approach prioritized a narrow blast radius, reducing the potential for widespread impact during deployment. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary focus was on feature delivery. Demonstrated skills in API integration and Git-based change management, aligning technical work with business growth objectives for regional expansion.
