Addressed Windows static build and DLL linking issues by vendorizing fastsimd and defining FASTNOISE_STATIC_LIB, ensuring proper handling of dllimport and dllexport mismatches. Maintained alignment with repository guidelines by keeping only the latest version and improving dependency management. Utilized CMake and Conan for build configuration and package management, with supporting work in Python and YAML to streamline the integration process. The approach emphasized maintainability and downstream reliability, resulting in a robust, business-focused solution for the open source package ecosystem.
