Worked on maintaining and upgrading Helm charts in the newrelic/helm-charts repository, focusing on dependency management and deployment stability. Upgraded the synthetics-job-manager Helm chart from version 3.0.7 to 3.0.8 and updated the appVersion to align with the latest release, ensuring compatibility with downstream systems. Also updated the node-browser-runtime dependency to keep the deployment environment current and reduce potential integration issues. Used DevOps practices and Helm, with YAML as the primary configuration language, to validate build and deployment readiness. Prioritized minimizing risk by confirming that no breaking changes were introduced, supporting reliable and maintainable infrastructure for ongoing development.
