Worked on enhancing API reliability and data integrity for the exelearning/exelearning repository, focusing on backend stability and correctness. Addressed a UUID mismatch during project creation by ensuring consistent identifiers between the database and Yjs document initialization, and updated API responses to return actual database values. Corrected the updateComponent API call signature to prevent errors and reverted a breaking change to maintain route stability. Added regression tests to safeguard against similar issues in the future. Utilized TypeScript for API development and testing, with an emphasis on robust database management practices to reduce user-facing errors and improve developer confidence in the system.
