Worked on the infiniflow/ragflow repository, focusing on backend development and API reliability. Addressed a bug in the MCP Service where the list_datasets endpoint failed when provided with a None id, implementing robust server-side validation to preserve existing functionality. Utilized Python and asynchronous programming techniques to enhance the stability of data pipelines and dashboards, ensuring consistent exposure of knowledge base IDs in list responses. The solution reduced production incidents related to list_datasets by improving parameter validation and error handling. This work contributed to more reliable asynchronous operations and supported downstream workflows with improved data integrity and consistent API behavior.
