During February 2026, contributed to the usebruno/bruno repository by implementing Unicode-enabled tag validation, allowing users to include international characters in tags. This work involved updating both the frontend and schema validation logic using React and JavaScript to ensure consistency and reduce invalid tag entries, particularly for non-Latin character sets. Validation messages were revised to clearly communicate the expanded character support, improving user experience and accessibility. The approach emphasized thorough testing and validation to maintain data quality and compliance with diverse user needs. Collaboration with other contributors ensured alignment on validation logic and seamless integration across the application’s front end.
