This change was implemented using Markdown for documentation and Git for workflow integration, aligning contribution guidelines with open source best practices. The update established a foundation for future compliance automation and audit readiness, supporting ongoing contribution hygiene. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on documentation and open source contribution standards.
